Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice, if a patient can not keep a scheduled office appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients. All patients who cancel appointments with fewer than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Life is unpredictable. We realize that occasionally 24 hours notice is not possible, so we will consider a one-time cancellation with no fee incurred.
