Suzette Gore, RAc

Suzette brings her talents as an acupuncturist and practitioner of Esogetic Colorpuncture to Medicine In Balance.   Esogetic Colorpuncture combines acupuncture with the application of colored light and Swarowski healing crystals on the body to shift energy patterns on a very deep level from a state of dis-ease and disharmony toward one of greater health and well being.   Bach Flower Essences may be selected to address specific emotional states that may be blocking the healing process or preventing a person from achieving their greatest potential.   The flower essences gently and safely transform negative emotions into their positive counterparts, thus freeing the individual to experience greater happiness, health, and fulfillment in life.   Suzette is listed on the International Registry of Bach Flower Essence Practitioners.

Brad Hubbell, CH

Brad provides stress reduction and emotional management through both heart-rhythm biofeedback (HRV) and medical hypnotherapy to help our patients prevent, manage, and reverse the negative effects of stress and unhealthy behavior.

Using the techniques and tools of the HeartMath Company, you can learn to shift to a positive emotional state and see the effects on the computer screen right before your eyes.  The change in heart rate variability immediately triggers a healthy psycho- physiologic response in your body that benefits the whole body, mind and spirit: blood pressure drops, stress hormones decrease, the immune system engages.  You will feel balanced, calm, and in control.

Or experience the deeply relaxing, behavior transforming state of hypnosis.  Brad has advanced certification in medical hypnotherapy from Medical Hypnotherapy Associates in North Wales, PA.

Brad enjoys using both his skills in biofeedback and hypnotherapy to work with clients motivated to achieve new levels of health and well-being.

Diane Eyer, PhD

Diane is an Energy Therapist specializing in mind-body-spirit
methods that gently release and balance subtle energies to heal
emotional and physical distress.  Her clients access a mental / emotional state while doing a variety of techniques that involve the chakras and meridians — the primary pathways through which our energies flow.  Energy Therapy combines knowledge of Eastern medicine, which is thousands of years old, and Western theories of emotion that are more modern.  The result is a healing of everything from anxiety, addiction, allergies, asthma, and depression to ADHD, learning disorders, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and more.

Diane teaches Clinical and Developmental Psychology at Temple
University where she has been for eighteen years, after receiving her
Ph. D. from the University of Pennsylvania.  She is also a well-known
author, whose books have been reviewed in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal and has appeared on TV (including “The Today Show”) and radio (including Dr. Dan Gottleib’s “All in the Family”).  Her
books explore the ways in which research in psychology gets distorted and becomes biased and unreliable advice for parents.  Discover more about Dr. Eyer here.
