Avoid Getting Derailed by the “Food Holidays”

The best defense is a good offense.  Face it, the food holidays are almost upon us……more desserts, more parties, food gifts, darker days so we’re not exercising as much.  Let’s make January and February easier by making plans on how to negotiate the next 2 months with grace.

Happier Holidays: How to mindfully eat, drink and be merry  ( a free workshop!)

Thursday, November 30th 6:30-7:30 pm

She’ll be talking about how to plan ahead for holiday gatherings, upgrades to make holiday dishes healthier, and specific recipes for better choices.  This is free, so come and see what pearls you can gleen.  Please preregister with Kristin:  Kristin@medicineinbalance.com

 

Group Nutrition Classes

These group visits will run for 3 sessions; there will be a morning group and an evening group.  The 1 hour long sessions will include some information, some group sharing, and Q&A.

Session 1:  Clean up Your Act–  basics of whole food nutrition

Session 2:  Surviving the Holidays– strategies to stay on track

Session 3:  New Year, New You! — goals for your wellbeing in 2018

Choose a group:

Tuesdays at 9:30am  (12/5, 12/19, 1/9)

Thursdays at 6:30pm (12/7, 12/21, 1/4)
