In this workshop, we will cover the basics of what physical phenomenon can be related to menopause, and how to modify these effects with diet, movement and stress management. Managing Menopause: Bioidentical Hormones

So you've already learned last month what to expect from menopause and the basics of first line treatment for symptoms. Now let's talk about bioidentical hormones, what they are, how they differ from conventional hormones and what they have to offer. Risks, benefits and practical things like costs will be covered. Rubenfeld Synergy for LIFE group

In a supportive group environment, learn how to listen to the healing wisdom of your body. You will practice listening touch, body-mind exercises, and the principles and practices of Rubenfeld Synergy. This leads to more ease of movement and increased energy, as well as less tension and stress.

Healthy Living Potluck

Although this group started as a gluten-free support group, it has evolved into a gathering of individuals who want to learn how to eat more healthfully and live more balanced lives. We all share ideas and resources and bring along a healthy dish to share. The regulars are fabulous cooks, so we all eat well. Topics vary each month, everyone welcome. 1st Tuesday of each month, 7 to 9pm. (Free!)

Yoga Classes

Jeremi Dilworth currently teaches an Iyengar-based class series on Monday evenings from 6:30-8pm. She also teaches a Gentle yoga class on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8pm, which is appropriate for those brand new to yoga, perhaps out of the habit of exercise and especially for those with back issues. Please call the office for details of pricing and when the series of classes start.

May 18 Career Women on the Move

This is a half day event offered by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce featuring keynote speakers Dr. Wendy Warner and Tracy Davidson, networking, resource tables, lunch and a continental breakfast.
